Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He said he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
